The answer is actually not many people according to a poll done by TD Insurance. The Poll was titled Look Who’s Talking and it discussed who brought up the topic of life insurance in the family most often in relationships.
It found that 31% of couples have not talked about life insurance together! That means they’ve never discussed what will happen if they pass away or cannot work due to sickness or injury. This could potentially leave their families in a dire situation i f the unthinkable happened.
The poll also found the younger Canadians (age 35 or less) are the least to address the topic of life insurance. These are the people who are having families and leaving their kids at extreme risk.
It’s not too late to address the topic. If you need a hand I’m always available to help.
Give Travis a call at 604-308-6030 and we can start the discussion. I promise it won’t be as painful as you think!
